Dr. William C. Fox, Senior Advisor
Dr. William C. Fox has been performing Uterine Fibroid Embolization for over 14 years. Dr. Fox is the co-founder of Texas Endovascular Associates as well as Houston Fibroids and is the medical director of our central Houston office. He is board certified by the American College of Radiology and a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, Society of Pediatric Interventional Radiology, the American Venous Forum, the Radiology Society of North America, the Harris County Medical Society, CLI Global Society, and the Texas Medical Association. He is also a charter member of the Outpatient Endovascular and Interventional Society.
A native Houstonian, Dr. Fox graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin, where he completed his B.A. in English literature with a minor in business foundations. He earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch, where he met and married his beautiful wife of 11 years, Lindsay. After graduation, the couple relocated to Richmond, Virginia; where Dr. Fox completed his internship, residency, and fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at the prestigious Medical College of Virginia. Upon completion of his training, Dr. Fox was invited to join the faculty at the Medical College of Virginia as an assistant professor and director of resident and fellow education in the department of vascular and interventional radiology. During his tenure, Dr. Fox completed thousands of endovascular procedures with a concentration on advanced techniques in the treatment of arterial disease, uterine fibroid embolization, and venous insufficiency. He also cared for patients at VCU Vein Care, and served as one of the founding members of the Baird Vascular Institute.
Dr Fox’s passions extend beyond caring for his patients to educating physicians and other health care providers about vascular and venous disease. He has authored numerous publications and has lectured across the country and internationally on advanced endovascular and minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of complex vascular disorders.
In his free time, Dr. Fox enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, fishing, cooking, working on classic cars, and cheering for his favorite sports teams, the UT Longhorns, the Texans, and Astros.
Dr. Eric Hardee, Senior Advisor
Dr. Hardee has been performing Uterine Fibroid Embolizations in the Houston Metropolitan area for over 18 years. He brings an incredible amount of experience in highly advanced, minimally invasive procedures treating a wide variety of disease processes.
Dr. Eric Hardee is the co-founder of Houston Fibroids and Texas Endovascular Associates and is the medical director of our Katy office. He is board-certified by the American College of Radiology with Added Qualification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. He is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, the American Venous Forum and the Texas Medical Association.
Dr. Hardee graduated with honors from Louisiana State University and Baylor College of Medicine, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed his internship and residency in radiology at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, and was elected chief resident. Dr. Hardee proudly served nine years on active duty as an officer in the United States Navy achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander. After serving his country, Dr. Hardee received fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Dotter Interventional Institute at Oregon Health Sciences University.
Dr. Hardee was born and raised in South Louisiana, but moved to Texas as quickly as he could. Dr. Hardee has been married for 24 years and is a dedicated father of four boys. In his free time, Dr. Hardee enjoys spending time with his family, watching LSU and Saints football, coaching his son’s baseball and basketball teams, cooking Cajun food and staying physically fit.
Sean M. Mullen, Chief Executive Officer
Sean Mullen joined us as our Chief Executive Officer, bringing over 25 years of experience with him. Originally from Boston, Sean’s childhood included living abroad in Guam, Germany, Australia, and Kenya.
After completing his post-secondary education at Columbia College, he worked on Wall Street before returning to Columbia for his MBA.
Sean’s distinguished career spans multiple disciplines, including Finance and Healthcare. After a decade on Wall Street, he launched and developed a comprehensive EMR platform specializing in the outpatient vein and vascular space.
He is recognized nationally as a thought leader in healthcare. His direction will ensure that NEA will thrive as a physician-run, patient-focused management company, delivering high-quality services into the future.
Sean lives with his wife and two children in the Cleveland, OH, area.
Heath Garber, Vice President of Finance
Heath Garber joined as VP of Finance in 2022 after spending the last five years in healthcare, most recently as head of FP&A for Advanced Urology & Advanced Gynecology: the fastest growing and most progressive practice of its kind in Atlanta. Having worked in corporate finance across multiple industries and for companies ranging in size from boutique to Fortune 50, Heath found his calling in healthcare aligning his skills and passion for finance with his desire to bring innovative healthcare solutions to patients.
With a focus on superior patient outcomes, utilization of advanced medical practices, and physician leadership Heath looks forward to playing a part in NEA’s growth and ensuring it continually reaches more patients.
Outside of the office, Heath is an avid skier, golfer, and traveler. He and his better half, Joana, reside in Atlanta, GA, and enjoy exploring all the restaurants and bars the city offers while spending quality time with their friends and family.
Erik Frazar, Vice President of Platform Expansion and Integration
Our beloved and esteemed Vice President of Platform Expansion and Integration, Erik Frazar, has been with us since the beginning. With over ten years of experience in the outpatient vascular space, his commitment to National Endovascular Associates is clearly reflected in his connection to our staff and patients. Erik has always been willing to go the extra mile to keep our facilities patient-ready. His strong work ethic and broad knowledge base make him an invaluable member of the leadership team.
Outside of the office, Erik and his wife enjoy just about every extracurricular outdoor hobby imaginable – and he has the gear to prove it! His favorites include his weekly bowling league, fishing, snow skiing, and mountain biking.
Angela Kendrick, Director of Human Resources and Compliance
Angela Kendrick is an experienced professional from Houston with over fifteen years of expertise in revenue cycle management, process improvement, and human resource management. She is passionate about creating productive work environments and strives to bring positive change through her broad knowledge and experience.
Angela is also a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston in 2023, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Angela’s dedication to excellence is evident in every aspect of her career.
When Angela is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, trying new dishes at local restaurants, and cycling on the nature trails.
Jackie Hall, Administration Manager
Jackie is an outstanding administration manager for National EVA, with years of experience making patients feel welcome and comfortable in a clinical setting.
Aside from keeping the office running smoothly, Jackie enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She loves planning parties, going to the gym, FaceTiming her nephews who live in New Mexico, and spending time with her “fur baby,” Marley.
DEBORA PEREZ, RCM MANAGER
Debora is a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare space. A Certified Professional Coder and Biller, she is an active member of the AAPC. She utilizes her talent to ensure that our billing is accurate, appropriate, and timely. Debora can always be counted on to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
When she is not at work, Debora enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, working out, traveling, cooking, and crafting.
